Wave28 provides a simple prediction tool based on user-provided inputs and a fixed 28-day sine-curve model. The Service is offered for informational and personal use only.

The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or health condition, and it does not provide medical or other professional advice.

3) Your use of outputs

Unless we state otherwise, you may use the predictions and downloaded images generated by the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

This is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license.

You may not, without our written permission:

• sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs,
• redistribute downloaded images as part of another product, service, or library,
• remove or alter branding or notices, if present,
• use the Service, its content, or its outputs to train or build an AI model, dataset, or competing service.

4) Our content and ownership

The Service and its content, including text, graphics, branding, design, code, and generated visual outputs, are owned by InterAI or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

5) Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Any changes will apply when posted on the site.

6) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Predictions, visualizations, and downloaded outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not useful for your particular situation. You should use your own judgment when interpreting any result.

We do not guarantee that the model or assumptions behind the Service are scientifically proven, accurate, or suitable for any specific purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

7) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InterAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service.

8) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece.
